These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pk344 ("pk344", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pk344.net and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and application interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the pk344 Platform, you irrevocably accept these Terms in full. Acceptance is unconditional. No partial acceptance is recognised. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of the device, browser, network, or geographic location from which access is made, provided access is made within the jurisdictions in which pk344 operates.

pk344 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, registered users will be notified via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Continued use of the Platform following the notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms. Where context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Access to and use of the pk344 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration and at all times during which you access the Platform;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any of the above of pk344 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as a nominee or agent for any third party;

pk344 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any stage to verify eligibility. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pk344 may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the pk344 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other information reasonably requested by pk344 for KYC compliance. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pk344 will never request your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any session initiated using your correct credentials is presumed to be authorised by you. pk344 shall bear no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances;
• You must notify pk344 support immediately if you suspect your Account has been compromised;
• pk344 reserves the right to close your Account if we have reason to believe it is being accessed by more than one individual;
• Accounts created using fraudulent, fictitious, or third-party identity information will be permanently closed and funds forfeited.

The pk344 Platform operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All Account balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, wagers, and winnings are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to your transactions on the Platform.

Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on operational circumstances. pk344 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited instantly. pk344 does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment provider's systems;
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take 1–3 business hours to reflect in your Account Balance;
• pk344 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which pk344 bears no responsibility;
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are specified within the Cashier section of your Account and may be adjusted at pk344's discretion.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the same Account, or to a verified bank account in your own name;
• All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. pk344 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal;
• Standard withdrawal processing times are 5–15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa during operational hours (09:00–01:00 PST);

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform;

All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes as contemplated by these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without pk344's prior written consent;
• Create derivative works based on Platform content;

• Use pk344's brand name or logo in connection with any third-party product, service, or website without express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk344 and its directors, employees, contractors, game providers, and payment processors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Third-party payment provider delays or processing failures beyond pk344's direct operational control;
• Losses arising from reliance on information on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

pk344's aggregate liability to you for direct losses arising from any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk344 makes no warranty — express or implied — as to the continuous availability, fitness for purpose, or error-free operation of the Platform.

pk344 collects, stores, processes, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

When material changes are made to these Terms, pk344 will provide notice to registered Players via:
